DEFINE YOUR PURPOSE

Formulating the purpose and setting the long-term goals

The first stage of the process – DEFINE – is about clearly defining the purpose of your organization and formulating the long-term goals. This creates the basis for the entire DECIDER process because only a clear “why” creates the basis for the formulation of a strategy and the definition of the “what” and the “how”. We accompany you in the formulation of mission and vision and the production of corresponding texts or videos.

ENGAGE YOUR TEAM

Engaging people and using the collective genius

In the second stage – ENGAGE – all your employees will be mobilized. Truly everyone can contribute ideas on how to make the company even better and more successful.

In this stage, a diverse core team of around 30 to 40 key people is being selected: decision-makers, networkers, creatives, critics. In other words, people who really have something to say.

CHECK YOUR CONDITIONS

Exploring the environment and understanding all influencing factors

In this third stage – CHECK – we provide a whole range of tools to work out and understand exactly in which environment your company operates and which megatrends are really relevant

 Here we can carry out a customer benefit analysis, implement an employee survey, analyze the competition or let your customers have their say.

IDENTIFY YOUR NEEDS

Identifying the bottlenecks and seizing the opportunities

In the fourth stage – IDENTIFY – we condense all submitted ideas into essential recommendations for action with the help of artificial intelligence methods. Everyone in the core team can now participate in a SWOT analysis, suggest topic candidates, and evaluate other suggestions.

The result is a priority list of the most important and pressing topics that your company should deal with in the coming months.

DESIGN YOUR ROUTE

Making a plan and determining the path to the goal

In the fifth stage – DESIGN – we take the carefully selected core team of 30-40 colleagues for several days to a beautiful hotel in a beautiful place, we call this the DECIDER Retreat.

Far away from the day-to-day business we set out to develop very concrete measures and activities. We apply a very effective and success-proven workshop structure to develop a detailed action plan in an iterative process.

EXECUTE YOUR PLAN

Determining measures and implementing initiatives

The designed action plan will now be implemented as part of the sixth stage – EXECUTE – in the coming weeks and months.

A special digital application – our DECIDER app, which we use throughout the entire process, ensures maximum commitment and transparency.

REFLECT YOUR RESULTS

Rethinking the process and celebrating the joint success

The seventh and final stage, the REFLECT stage, completes a DECIDER cycle. This is about learning from the way we work together, recognizing mistakes and making improvements.

And, of course, to celebrate the successes achieved together.
